Remedy Intelligent Staffing is looking for an entry to mid-level Business Development Representative for our client in West Des Moines. The ideal candidate will be a self starter, work well independently, and have strong communication skills. Strong customer services skills, follow through and positive attitude required.
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm (Monday-Friday)
Pay: Base $38,000-$42,000 + Commission
Job Responsibilities
- Creating new business opportunities by developing relationships with key decision makers.
- Prospecting and qualifying new target accounts.
- Scheduling appointments with prospects and clients.
- Presentations, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
- Meet daily, weekly, quarterly and years sales activity goals.
- Working directly with internal service team to understand processes, goals, and expectations.
Requirements:
- 8-16 months business development exp. (b2b sales).
- High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation & proof of insurance.
- A competitive attitude.
- Problem solving and negotiating skills.
- Ability to hold a conversation, listen and overcome objections.
- Ability to work independently and meet goals.
