What You’ll Do
Build targeted lists of accounts and contacts that match our ideal customer profile
Start and guide short, professional conversations to understand needs and determine fit
Set qualified meetings for the senior sales team
Track activity, notes, and next steps in our CRM
Participate in coaching, call review, and skills practice to improve quickly

Requirements
Recent graduate or early-career candidate (0–2 years of experience)
Able to work in-office in Richardson, TX (required)
Willing to spend a meaningful part of the day on the phone (daily calling required)
Clear communicator who can learn talk tracks and apply coaching
Reliable, consistent, and comfortable working toward goals
Basic comfort with tools (email, calendar, spreadsheets/CRM)
