Business Development Representative

TRS Craft Services is searching for an experience Business Development Representative to join our flagship office in Houston!This position has in‑office requirements, to best serve our Craft Services clientele.Responsibilities Include:Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities via delivery of strategic service initiativesPreparing targeted proposals and presentations for decision makers and business ownersDeveloping, maintaining and expanding key client relationships and create strategic business plans for each accountGenerating forecasts, prepare status reports, client quotes and quality documentationNegotiating contracts, pursue new opportunities, and carry out post recruitment activities, ensuring client satisfaction and service levels are exceeding client's expectations.Leveraging the use of available company resources to provide value added support to each accountAchieving and exceed set new clients and recruiting placement targetsStrategically identify and engage new professional and commercial clients, regionally and nationallyProspect new territories and participate in client outreach including inbound/outbound calls, written correspondence, and site visitsQualify and prioritize multiple simultaneous customer staffing requirementsDevelop and implement creative/alternative methods of client delivery and coordinate recruitment initiativesMeet annual sales revenue goals set forth by TRS ManagementDevelop accurate and competitive markups for technical Contract and Direct Placement recruitmentCoordination of new-client contract execution between TRS Legal, new client, and TRS ManagementCoordinate final resume review and submission, between TRS Craft Consultants and client representativesOther related duties as required by leadershipRequirements Include:Minimum of 3-5+ years of professional staffing agency sales experience, ideally within the oil & gas, mining, energy, infrastructure, construction and/or manufacturing sectorsExperience and knowledge of the engineering, procurement, construction disciplines would be idealHigh School Diploma required, trades or technical training a strong asset, University degree also a strong assetBackground Check and Drug Screen RequiredTRS is an equal‑opportunity employer, accepting all applicants regardless of age, gender, sex, national origin, disability, or otherwise protected class.
