This is a full-time, permanent, direct-hire role offering a competitive base salary plus commission. We are looking for driven sales professionals with proven success in the staffing industry and/or outside B2B sales who can help us grow our presence across the Greater Houston area.
POSITION: Business Development Representative (Outside Sales)
SCHEDULE: Full-Time; Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
COMPENSATION: Competitive Base Salary plus Commission

RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the light industrial, warehouse, and hospitality sectors.
Conduct outside sales calls, client visits, and networking to build relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers.
Present customized staffing solutions and negotiate bill rates with clients.
Partner with our recruiting team to ensure client hiring needs are met and placements are successful.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts to drive repeat business.
