Turn Relationships Into Growth—and Growth Into Impact
Since 1980, Homewatch CareGivers has been connecting seniors and families with compassionate in-home support. Our Glendora location is seeking an experienced business development professional who understands healthcare and senior care and can turn strong relationships into meaningful referral partnerships.
This is not an entry-level marketing role. You should be confident initiating conversations with healthcare professionals, uncovering needs and becoming a trusted resource. Established local relationships are strongly preferred.
What You’ll Enjoy
• Competitive base salary plus ongoing commission tied to referral and revenue growth
• Paid time off and a health benefits stipend
• Autonomy to develop your territory and account strategy
• Supportive leadership, specialty programs and marketing resources
• The opportunity to make a direct impact on both company growth and the families we serve
• Weekly one-on-one coaching from a leading home care growth program to help you build stronger referral partnerships and drive results
How You’ll Make a Difference
• Build and expand referral partnerships with hospitals, skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, home health and hospice agencies, physician practices and community organizations.
• Develop strategic plans for high-potential accounts, with consistent follow-up, clear next steps and measurable growth goals.
• Ask thoughtful questions, uncover partner needs and offer services, education and resources that solve real problems.
• Turn introductions into referrals and lasting partnerships. Present our services and specialty programs, including memory care, fall prevention and respite care.
• Track referral activity, leads, conversions and starts of care in our CRM. Use results to refine your strategy and identify opportunities.
• Represent us at networking events, professional associations and community programs. Collaborate on events and outreach, using digital marketing to support relationship development.
What You Bring
• 3+ years of business development, sales, community relations or referral-development experience, preferably in healthcare or senior services
• A record of building professional referral relationships that produce measurable growth
• Experience working with healthcare decision-makers, case managers, social workers, discharge planners and senior living leaders
• Strong consultative selling, presentation and communication skills
• Confidence starting conversations, asking for referrals and moving relationships toward a clear next step
• Experience managing a territory, referral pipeline, CRM and performance metrics
• Organization, initiative and accountability for your schedule and results
• A drive to succeed paired with empathy for seniors and families navigating care decisions
We’d Especially Like to Meet You If…
You already know people in the local healthcare and senior-care community—and they know you. You understand that successful business development means becoming a trusted resource through credibility, consistent follow-up and real value.
