Business Development Representative - Financial Sales - Entry Level

We are seeking a Business Development Representative for an entry-level sales role supporting new and existing accounts in the transportation finance industry.

• Work with sales teams to set up and onboard new clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Negotiate spreads to maximize profitability
• Ensure timely delivery of client requests and solutions
• Participate in strategic planning and product marketing efforts
• Track program metrics and refine processes
• Support new business development and client engagement activities

  Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of customer service/account management experience, strong computer skills (Salesforce, Microsoft Office), and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
