Business Development Representative will assist in all facets of the sales process including lead generation, presentations, contracts, and product deployments.
Responsibilities:
Source new sales opportunities through strategic prospecting efforts.
Identify trends and create strategies to develop new sales opportunities.
Understand customer needs and requirements.
Use creative strategies and out-of-the-box techniques to identify business value, quote prices, compare options, and provide cost justification to close opportunities.
Research accounts and follow-through on leads.
Accurately document and manage all sales activities in our CRM (Salesforce).
Identify decision-makers, qualify needs, present relevant value, and overcome barriers.
Increase satisfaction, build referrals, strengthen brand identity, and grow customer loyalty to the company through your interaction with prospects and customers.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Desire to learn from senior level sales executives.
Excellent communication skills are required.
Bilingual-Spanish is a plus but not required as we do have a LATAM division.
