About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Merrimack, NH.

In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, support commercial activities, and contribute to the growth of our international business in a dynamic B2B industrial environment.

Responsabilities
Business Development & Prospecting
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across different industries and markets.

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.

  • Generate and qualify leads within the CRM system.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Sales Support
  • Prepare, send, and follow up on commercial offers and quotations.

  • Support customers with commercial and basic technical inquiries.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.

  • Follow up on customer files, quotes, and ongoing opportunities.

Customer Service & Coordination
  • Handle incoming customer requests related to certifications, quality requirements, and documentation.

  • Monitor order delays and proactively communicate updates.

  • Support resolution of customer non-conformities and issues.

  • Maintain accurate CRM and sales activity records.

Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, Inside Sales, or Customer Success in a technical B2B environment.

  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach.

  • Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar).

  • Highly organized with strong follow-up skills.

  • New Hampshire or Massachusetts residents.

  • Valid driving license valuable.
