Business Development Representative (BDR)

About This Role

• Remote Contract Position
• Part-Time | Approximately 20 Hours per Week
• Hourly Pay (Starting at $15/hour) + Performance-Based Commissions
• Experience in education or working with schools preferred
• Generate qualified meetings with schools and districts nationwide
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and prospecting campaigns
• Connect with school administrators and educational decision-makers
• Manage outreach activities and CRM data
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Regional Relationship Managers
• Support Nexplore's mission to bring the joy of learning to students across the country
