Business Development Associate
Overview
As a Business Development Associate, your main focus will be driving new business by building connections with senior-level executives across a range of Fortune 500 organizations. In this role, you'll introduce DB&A's consulting approach, spark interest in our services, and coordinate meetings for our Regional Vice Presidents of Sales within designated territories. This is a full-time, in-office position based at our corporate headquarters in Dallas, Texas.
Compensation
Starting base salary of $53,000 during the first 90 days
After 90 days, compensation increases based on performance and progression:
$55,000 - Business Development Representative
$61,000 - Business Development Manager
$85,000 - Business Development Specialist
Earn $200-$300 for each qualified meeting set and completed

Key Responsibilities
Represent DB&A professionally as a brand ambassador
Clearly communicate our business model and the value of our consulting services to executive-level prospects
Schedule and confirm meetings for Regional Vice Presidents of Sales
Conduct research and maintain accurate prospect data within the CRM
Consistently meet or exceed daily performance goals
Track and report activity metrics
Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required
Prior experience in inside sales, ideally in a high-volume setting
Demonstrated success in B2B sales
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)
Solid problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
