Staffing Sales Rep / Business Development - Base Salary Plus Strong Commision

Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and client outreach
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across target industries
Conduct formal sales presentations and follow-up meetings with prospective clients
Utilize consultative sales techniques to overcome objections and close deals
Collaborate with field management to develop competitive pricing and proposals
Track and document all sales activities in CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas
Key Requirements:
1+ year experience in staffing or contract labor industry operations OR 3+ years of B2B sales experience
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and production goals
Strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Results-driven with a strong customer-focused mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Ability to travel regularly (“over the road”) and work in-office as needed
Comfortable with cold calling and proactive client engagement
