Position Summary
We are seeking motivated and well-connected Referral Partners to help generate qualified leads for our sales team. This is a commission-based opportunity ideal for professionals with strong networks who want to earn by connecting homeowners and property owners with our services.
Referral Partners play a key role in expanding our reach by identifying potential customers and introducing them to our team. You'll earn commissions on closed business resulting from your referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and refer qualified leads to our sales team
- Build and maintain relationships within your network (homeowners, property managers, realtors, contractors, etc.)
- Share basic information about our services and value proposition
- Submit referrals through our designated process
- Maintain professionalism and brand integrity when representing our company

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Professional and trustworthy
- Experience in real estate, property management, construction, insurance, or related industries is a plus (but not required)
