Mavida Health is an online therapy and psychiatry platform focused on supporting women through major transitional moments in life - from PMOS & PMDD through Menopause and everything in between. We provide integrated, evidence-based care through individual, group, and couples therapy as well as medication management, co-founded and led by reproductive psychiatrist Dr. Sarah Oreck.
Now a WPS Healthcare Company, Mavida Health combines the best of both worlds: the speed, autonomy, and impact of a high-growth startup with the resources and reach of a legacy healthcare organization. Our team is small, nimble, and mission-driven, which means ideas move quickly, decisions are made close to the work, and every employee plays a meaningful role in shaping the company's future. As we continue to grow, we're looking for people who are excited to build, innovate, and help redefine women's mental healthcare at scale.
Mavida Health currently provides in-network mental healthcare services to patients across California, New York, New Jersey, and Texas. We partner with major insurance providers, including Aetna, Cigna/Evernorth, UnitedHealthcare/Optum, Blue Shield of California, and Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, to help make high-quality women's mental healthcare more accessible.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a full-time Business Development Lead to help grow Mavida Health's presence throughout New Jersey, with a focus on building strong healthcare partnerships, driving patient referrals, and expanding awareness of our services.
In this role you'll support and work directly with our Northeast Business Development Lead while taking ownership of business development efforts within your assigned New Jersey territory. You'll be responsible for developing new referral relationships, strengthening existing partnerships, and executing strategic outreach initiatives to support patient acquisition and market growth.
You'll serve as our boots on the ground, developing relationships with OB/GYNs, fertility clinics, midwives, doulas, mental health providers, and other healthcare professionals who support women throughout different stages of life.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a growing territory, build meaningful professional relationships, and play a direct role in expanding access to women's mental healthcare.
