    The Role
    We’re looking for a Business Development Manager (Lab Focus) to drive client growth across Washington and beyond. This role will focus on identifying new laboratory clients, securing staffing contracts, and building long-term partnerships with hospitals, independent labs, and clinical research organizations.     What You’ll Do

    • Prospect, engage, and close new clients (labs, hospitals, and health systems).

    • Negotiate contracts, respond to RFPs, and secure MSA agreements.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with Lab Directors, HR, and Vendor Managers.

    • Collaborate with recruiters and credentialing teams to deliver staffing solutions.

    • Track and report on pipeline, sales performance, and market trends.



    Requirements

    What We’re Looking For

    • 3+ years of sales or business development in healthcare staffing, laboratory services, or healthcare B2B.

    • Strong track record of client acquisition and contract negotiation.

    • Knowledge of hospital labs, diagnostic testing, or healthcare staffing.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    • Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) is a plus.

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with relevant experience.
