Position: Business Development Manager - Contract Manufacturing
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and service-related issues
- Direct and coordinate business activities internally to drive revenue growth
- Analyze customer demand forecasts and track key sales metrics
- Set target and strategic goals while managing and evaluating team performance
- Plan and oversee training of new team members
Qualifications & Skills
Required:- 7+ years of experience in sales or business development
- Experience in contract manufacturing is highly preferred
- Experience with semiconductor industry is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead, guide, and mentor sales team
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Bilingual in Mandarin is required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
