    Description

    • Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with U.S. telecom carriers, MVNOs, OTT platforms, smart TV manufacturers, payment partners, and digital platforms.
    • Develop bundling, revenue-sharing, licensing, free-trial, and co-marketing models to drive subscription and user growth.
    • Build and expand relationships with content aggregators, distributors, media partners, and other strategic ecosystem players.
    • Lead online and offline growth initiatives, including partner campaigns, social media, influencer collaborations, PR, and events.
    • Monitor market trends, competitive developments, and partnership opportunities across the streaming and digital entertainment landscape.
    • Act as a key bridge between local partners and iQIYI International teams in Singapore and China, ensuring alignment on go-to-market strategy, localization, and execution.- 5-8+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Strategic Alliances within streaming, digital media, telecommunications, or related industries.
    • Proven experience closing partnerships with U.S. telecom carriers, MVNOs, or mobile network operators; experience with bundling or carrier billing is highly preferred.
    • Strong track record of driving user acquisition, subscription growth, or revenue through partnership channels.
    • Existing networks across telcos, OTT platforms, digital media, or distribution partners are highly preferred.
    • Strong negotiation, commercial, and relationship management skills, with the ability to independently lead and close deals.
    • U.S. market experience is required. Experience in Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Australia, or the UK is a plus.
    • Fluent English required; Chinese is a plus but not mandatory.
    • Must have existing U.S. work authorization. No sponsorship is available.
    • Comfortable working across time zones and traveling occasionally.
