Business Development Manager (Remote, Contract Staffing & Direct Placement Services)
 
Position Overview:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the growth of PEAK’s staffing and recruitment services across engineering, professional, IT, and similar sectors. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and securing contracts for both temporary and direct placement services. Working closely with the recruitment team, the Business Development Manager will ensure our services align with client needs, delivering exceptional talent solutions that drive client success.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the engineering, professional, and IT sectors. Utilize market research to target potential clients and industries in need of temporary and direct placement staffing solutions.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Collaboration with Recruitment Team: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a thorough understanding of the client's needs and deliver candidates who match the skillsets and culture of the client companies.
Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
Performance Metrics: Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Provide regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.
 
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of the engineering, professional, and IT sectors, with a network of potential clients and candidates.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster relationships remotely.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach to achieving business goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
