Business Development Manager - Permian Basin Universal Plant Services is seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to help expand and strengthen our presence within the Permian Basin midstream oil & gas market. This role will focus on developing strategic customer relationships and driving revenue growth across compression, rotating equipment, field services, repairs, parts, and maintenance solutions supporting integral engine and high-speed compression operations. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute territory growth strategies throughout the Permian Basin • Build and maintain strong customer relationships within midstream operations • Promote UPS services including compression maintenance, field mechanical services, repairs, parts sales, and outage support • Identify opportunities tied to maintenance programs, outages, and reliability improvements • Collaborate with operations and technical teams to provide customer-focused solutions • Maintain CRM activity, forecasting, and pipeline reporting within Salesforce • Travel throughout the Permian Basin to support customer engagement and business development initiatives Preferred Qualifications: • 5+ years of business development or sales experience within the midstream oil & gas industry • Strong knowledge of integral engines, high-speed compression units, and compressor station operations • Existing relationships within the Permian Basin midstream market preferred • Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic account management skills • Self-motivated with a strong focus on business growth and customer acquisition Pay: $130K-$140K DOE Benefits offered: • Medical/Dental/Vision • Health Savings Account • Short-term disability • 100% employer paid Long-term Disability • 100% employer paid life insurance • 401K match • Paid time off • Employee Assistance Program EEO Statement: Universal Plant Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
