Restoration 1 of Dulles is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to help grow our presence throughout parts of Fairfax and Loudoun Counties.
This is a partnership-based B2B sales role focused on developing strong referral relationships with plumbers, HVAC companies, property managers, insurance agents, public adjusters, and other local professionals.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain referral partner relationships
- Build long-term partnerships that generate restoration opportunities
- Promote Restoration 1’s certified water, mold, fire, and smoke services
- Create mutually beneficial relationships with local trade partners
- Attend networking, community, and industry events
- Develop and execute territory growth strategies
- Maintain consistent follow-up and CRM documentation
- Track activity, opportunities, and results
- Represent Restoration 1 of Dulles with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service
What We’re Looking For
- Business development or B2B sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Professional presence and strong follow-through
- Restoration, construction, property management, insurance, or related industry experience is a plus
- Ability to travel locally for meetings and events
- Must live within approximately 45 minutes of Dulles, VA
