Business Development Manager

A well-established general contractor in the Chicago suburbs is hiring a Business Development Manager to grow relationships with owners, developers and architects. You'll help shape pursuits and bring in the right work for the team.

What You'll Do

• Find and build relationships with owners, developers and design firms
• Track leads and manage the pursuit pipeline in the CRM
• Lead go/no-go reviews, proposals and interviews with operations
• Represent the company at industry events and associations
• Stay close to the local market and upcoming projects

What You Bring

• 5+ years of business development experience in commercial construction
• An established network in the Chicago market
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
• Understanding of preconstruction and delivery methods
• Self-motivated, organized and goal-driven

What We Offer

• Pay range: $110,000–$150,000 per year, based on experience, plus commission
