Description
- Identifies market opportunities aligned with company goals through proactive research and relationship building with decision-makers at DOTs, municipalities, airport authorities, and private sector clients.
- Leads efforts to develop and implement 3 year commercial plan.
- Leads efforts to pursue potential projects and inform go/no-go decisions through competitive analysis, regional insight, and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitors pipelines to meet business targets and maintain a strong backlog aligned with the companyÂs strategic plan.
- Collaborates with local teams and corporate leadership to develop pursuit strategies and resource plans for selected opportunities.
- Builds and maintains strategic partnerships with designers, subcontractors, and construction firms to support teaming efforts and expand reach in core and emerging markets.
- Supports acquisition review discussions and actively represent the company in client interactions throughout the proposal lifecycle.
- Leads negotiations with design and JV partners.
- Travel required 50% of the time.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education
Bachelor's Degree
Certifications
PE, DBIA Certification or similar a plus
