What You'll Do

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for driving growth throughout the Dane County market by:

• Building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, employers, and community organizations
• Generating new business through networking, prospecting, community engagement, and strategic outreach
• Meeting with physicians, hospitals, senior living communities, rehabilitation facilities, case managers, discharge planners, and other referral partners
• Identifying and developing new revenue opportunities
• Managing and growing an active sales pipeline
• Representing BrightStar Care at networking events, community activities, and industry functions
• Collaborating with operational and clinical leaders to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Supporting local marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts
• Tracking sales activities, referrals, and opportunities through CRM tools
• Meeting and exceeding sales and growth goals

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Minimum two years of outside sales, business development, healthcare marketing, account management, or related experience
• Demonstrated success building relationships and generating new business
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance
• Comfortable with frequent local travel throughout the Madison area

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare, home care, home health, staffing, senior living, hospice, or post-acute care experience
• Experience calling on hospitals, healthcare providers, case managers, discharge planners, or senior living communities
• Experience using CRM software and Microsoft 365 applications
• Established professional network within the Madison healthcare market
