Business Development Manager - remote - EST or CST time zone - Full-time

· 4–6 years of successful business development experience in IT/technology staffing.
· Demonstrated success acquiring new clients and generating staffing revenue.
· Strong knowledge of contract staffing and direct-hire solutions.
· Established relationships within the technology industry are a plus.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· A self-driven professional who can independently develop and manage a sales pipeline.
