What You’ll Be Doing
- · Identify and close new business through cold calling, email outreach, meetings, and networking.
- · Build long-term client relationships in a consultative B2B sales environment.
- · Represent the company at industry events, conferences and trade shows.
- · Deliver structured sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
- · Track and manage a full sales pipeline to consistently hit KPI’s and targets.
- · Stay current on legal industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
What We’re Looking For
Required
- 2+ Years of B2B sales experience (outside sales strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to close deals and manage client relationships.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Helpful but Not Required
- Experience selling into the legal industry
- Existing professional services or corporate client network.
Compensation & Benefits
- On-Target Earning (1st year): $100,000 - $120,000+
- Commissions: Monthly, Uncapped
