Business Development Manager – Kansas City, MO
Compensation: $60,000–$80,000 Annual Draw + 20% Gross Profit Commission | Uncapped Earnings
Who We Are
At ChopFlo, we believe comfort should not be complicated.
Industrial facilities, warehouses, and commercial buildings are challenging environments. Keeping people comfortable, improving building performance, and controlling operating costs requires more than simply selling equipment. It requires understanding the problem, designing the right solution, and following through until the job is done.
That is where ChopFlo comes in.
We specialize in High-Volume, Low-Speed (HVLS) fans, Building Automation Systems (BAS), and LED lighting solutions for commercial and industrial facilities.
We are not just an equipment supplier. We deliver complete turnkey solutions, including design, equipment supply, installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair.
From concept to completion, we simplify the process for our customers and create environments where people can work more comfortably, safely, and productively.
With exclusive sales representation agreements from key manufacturers, established technical resources, and dedicated marketing support, ChopFlo is expanding into new markets throughout the United States.
We are looking for ambitious sales professionals who want to help us build something exceptional.
The Opportunity
We are looking for Business Development Managers to lead ChopFlo's expansion into new markets.
This is not a position where you will simply maintain an existing customer list. You will have the opportunity to establish relationships, develop new business, and build a territory with significant long-term growth potential.
But you will not be building it alone.
ChopFlo has secured exclusive sales representation from key manufacturers, providing a strong product portfolio and a competitive foundation in the markets we serve. You will also have access to manufacturer-supported marketing budgets, lead generation initiatives, technical training, and a dedicated team to support your sales efforts.
Your initial focus will be developing our HVLS fan business by establishing relationships with general contractors, developers, electrical contractors, electrical contractors, electrical distributors, and end users.
As you develop your product expertise and establish momentum in your territory, you will have the opportunity to expand your offerings into Building Automation Systems (BAS) and LED lighting.
You will work closely with our engineering, estimating, operations, and installation teams to deliver complete turnkey solutions, from the first customer conversation through final project completion.
We are looking for someone who enjoys being in the field, building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing business.
This is an opportunity to build your own territory with the resources, products, and support of a growing company behind you.
