    Position: Business Development Manager IT Staffing
    Duration: Fulltime
    Location: Dallas, TX / Atlanta, GA

    Note: Client is looking someone who work with his current company atleast minimum 2-3 years.

    Client is a growing IT and professional staffing firm. Dallas is already off the ground - now we're pouring rocket fuel on it, and we need a true hunter to help us continue breaking through the atmosphere.

    This is not a warm-desk role. There's no inherited book of business. But there is a differentiated solution, a real delivery engine, and a comp plan built for people who build things from scratch. All variable comp is uncapped.

    Responsibility:

    • Open net-new mid-market and enterprise accounts and turn them into long-term, high-billing relationships.
    • Hunt and develop net-new accounts across the DFW metro - mid-market and enterprise companies with active IT and professional staffing needs
    • Navigate buying structures at the VP, CTO, and procurement level to drive executed agreements and lasting partnerships
    • Build a high-quality pipeline using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and direct outreach
    • Collaborate with leadership to tier targets and build pursuit strategies that close
    • Maintain CRM hygiene in Bullhorn - pipeline, activity, signings, and milestones tracked
    • Represent Client at DFW-area networking events, associations, and market touchpoints

    Required:

    • 3+ years of BD or outside sales in staffing (IT, professional, or technical)
    • Proven track record opening net-new accounts - not managing inherited business
    • Proven experience working with VMS and MSP programs in the IT staffing industry
    • Ability to navigate complex buying cycles at mid-market and enterprise accounts
    • Established DFW-area professional network you can activate on day one
    • Self-directed operator who can run a territory without a local management layer
    • VP/CTO conversational range and procurement-level tactical fluency


    Bonus Points:

    • MSP program experience (Beeline, Fieldglass, Ariba, Coupa)
    • Existing relationships with procurement, HR, or TA leaders at DFW enterprise accounts
    • Familiarity with offshore/nearshore delivery models
