Convert existing international relationships into sustainable U.S. business streams. Develop long-term partnerships to drive repeat and scalable revenue. Represent a portfolio of high-tensile fastening solutions, including anchor bolts, cross bolts, hex nuts, and studs. Demonstrate strong knowledge of spring technologies, including coil springs, disc springs, strip springs, and spiral springs. Minimum 5+ years selling fasteners, springs, or closely related engineered components. Experience selling into Tier 1 suppliers and/or OEMs strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (required). Proven track record of opening new accounts and exceeding revenue targets. Strong hunter mentality with a proactive, self-starting approach.
