Talented Medical Solutions is actively seeking experienced Business Development Managers to support our continued growth and expansion within the healthcare staffing industry nationwide.
This is a performance-driven, commission-based opportunity designed for professionals who are confident in their ability to develop client relationships, secure new business, and drive revenue. This role is ideal for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset who are motivated by uncapped earning potential and long-term growth.
Identify, develop, and secure new client contracts (hospitals, clinics, LTACs, and healthcare systems)
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Navigate and manage VMS/MSP platforms (e.g., Vector, Aya, etc.)
Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure successful fulfillment of client needs
Support account growth and expansion through strategic relationship management
This role is focused on business development and client acquisition. Talented Medical Solutions provides internal recruiting and operational support for fulfillment and day-to-day delivery.
Our leadership team remains actively involved in client onboarding and strategic growth, ensuring strong partnerships and consistent delivery across all accounts.
All client relationships and contracts are established under Talented Medical Solutions.
25% commission on gross margin for new business (first 3–6 months from first placement)
10–15% ongoing residual income based on account performance
Uncapped earning potential
Commissions are paid on generated revenue (filled placements), not contract execution
All commissions are calculated on gross margin after operational costs (including VMS fees and burden).
