Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Outbound Engagement:

  • Engage with AI-generated and outbound leads through email, phone, and digital channels
  • Develop creative outreach strategies to initiate conversations with prospective clients
  • Build initial relationships with key stakeholders across target industries

Opportunity Qualification:

  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs, business challenges, and AI readiness
  • Qualify opportunities based on defined criteria (budget, timeline, fit, and decision-making process)
  • Document and manage lead progression through CRM tools

Pipeline Development & Handoff:

  • Successfully transition qualified opportunities to the sales team for closing
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure a smooth handoff and alignment on deal strategy
  • Maintain strong communication to support conversion and pipeline visibility

Market & Industry Awareness:

  • Develop a foundational understanding of AI adoption trends and use cases across industries
  • Stay informed on competitive offerings and positioning
  • Provide feedback to leadership on market insights and lead quality
