OEM Sales Manager – Fluent German RequiredDallas, NC Area | Direct HirePenmac Staffing is recruiting for a German-speaking OEM Sales Manager on behalf of a global automotive supplier specializing in plastic injection molding, 2-shot molding technology, metal components, and assembly solutions.This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing U.S. startup operation backed by the strength and stability of an established German manufacturer with more than 1,500 employees worldwide. You'll play a key role in building the North American business, developing OEM relationships, and driving growth across automotive and industrial markets.What You'll Do
- Develop and grow OEM business throughout North America.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Lead the sales process from prospecting and RFQs to negotiations and program launch.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and global account teams to deliver successful projects.
- Manage customer forecasts, pricing, contracts, and account growth strategies.
- Travel throughout the U.S., Canada, and occasionally internationally.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent German and English (required) – daily communication with headquarters in Germany.
- 5+ years of OEM sales, business development, or account management experience.
- Experience in plastic injection molding, plastics manufacturing, or automotive components.
- Proven success developing new business and growing customer accounts.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
