Pay Range:$47.00-$57.00 Per Hr
Description
This position is based in Coppell, TX, and requires full onsite presence.
The role is a contract position with options for W2 or C2C. The Business Development Manager will lead strategic planning and operational processes, ensuring alignment with regional and global strategies.
Proficiency in generic office productivity technologies is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement activity planning processes across business units.
Lead the development of business plans, including planning and budgeting activities.
Create goals and KPIs for regional and global strategies as set by senior leadership.
Report key metrics and KPIs to senior leadership on a regular basis.
Oversee and manage internal end-to-end operations and inventory processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business, management, finance, or economics.
8-10 years of experience in a strategic management role within a large organization.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask.
Proficiency in generic office productivity technologies.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
