Business Development Manager (Travel Required) 

Pay: $65,000-$85,000 + commission

Schedule: Full Time 

Location:Idaho  (Candidate must be located in ID) 

Travel Required: Candidates must be willing to travel throughout the Treasure Valley area, including occasional travel to Idaho Falls. This role also requires periodic out-of-state travel, approximately once per quarter, to neighboring markets to support business development initiatives, strengthen regional partnerships, and drive market growth opportunities. opportunities.

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager at PRN, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our services through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and market analysis. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with healthcare providers, and implementing strategies to enhance the company's market presence.

Duties & Responsibilities

Business Strategy Development:

  • Devise and execute comprehensive business plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's reach in the healthcare industry.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities, physicians, and other potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns to attract and retain clients.

Partnership Development:

  • Identify and negotiate partnerships with key stakeholders, such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and community organizations, to enhance service offerings and market presence.
  • Manage ongoing partnerships and collaborations, ensuring mutual benefits and long-term success.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, meet sales targets, and maximize profitability.
  • Track sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to improve sales effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, sales, or a related role within the healthcare or rehabilitation industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics, trends, and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed and a valid driver’s license.
