We are seeking a Business Development Liaison to join our team of passionate patient caregivers!

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

  • One (1) year of healthcare marketing/sales experience
  • Current, valid, and active drivers’ license, proof of automobile insurance, and clean driving record
  • Bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing or related field, preferred.
  • Ability to travel frequently required.

 

Additional Qualifications/Skills:

  • Demonstrates high ethical standards in selling company programs and services
  • Demonstrates an understanding of patient mix, regulatory requirements, reimbursement, etc. that impact overall hospital operations.
  • Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
  • Effective organizational and time management
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Ability to maintain quality and safety
  • Ability to maintain proper levels of
  • Ability to work closely and professionally with
  • Ability to be flexible, positive and creative in meeting changing requirements necessary to meet goals and objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

Responsible for meeting growth goals for the facility through direct contact with the general public. Prepares a development plan, conducts calls and presentations to potential referral sources, and initiates and coordinates contract negotiations with other facilities, insurance companies and hospitals. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
