Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Liaison to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship-building skills, an understanding of behavioral health services, and a proven ability to drive referral growth. This role focuses on developing strategic partnerships, promoting our programs, and increasing community awareness of our outpatient dual diagnosis services. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to build relationships with referral sources, including physicians, therapists, hospitals, and community organizations.
- Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, and community outreach initiatives.
- Provide education and presentations on our dual diagnosis treatment programs to potential referral partners.
- Track outreach efforts and report performance metrics to leadership.
- Collaborate with clinical and admissions teams to ensure smooth referral processes and an exceptional client experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and community needs to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Behavioral Health, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or outreach within the behavioral health or addiction treatment.
- Strong knowledge of substance use and mental health treatment programs preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve performance goals.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for local travel.
