BEAR Facility Supply is seeking an experienced and skilled Business Development Executive to help grow our B2B customer base in the Salt lake City Metro Area. This exciting opportunity offers a base salary, company-paid health insurance, plus uncapped commission earning potential via selling products and equipment most businesses use daily, including:

  • Janitorial Supplies 
  • Paper products 
  • Trash liners
  • Soaps and dispensers 
  • Cleaning chemicals 
  • Safety Supplies 
  • Facility maintenance products 
  • Other commercial consumables 

This opportunity is best suited for someone who already knows how to prospect, get in front of decision-makers, build relationships, quote opportunities, and close B2B business.  OTE compensation for this role is expected to fall within the $90k-$110k range during the first year of employment, with a base pay of $36,000 / year. 

We are searching for a true "hunter" - Someone who is comfortable getting out in the field, making calls, walking into businesses, asking questions, finding pain points, and creating new customer opportunities.
