Business Development Executive

Job Summary

The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with property managers, developers, and business partners, and expanding market presence. The role drives business growth through strategic prospecting, sales planning, partnership development, and customer relationship management while supporting the acquisition of new customers and properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and market analysis.
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers, owners, developers, and business partners.
• Qualify business opportunities and present product and service solutions.
• Prepare business cases, proposals, and access agreements for approval.
• Conduct market research, sales forecasting, and business development planning.
• Develop local partnerships and networking opportunities to promote services.
• Generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and partner relationships.
• Deliver professional sales presentations and marketing activities to acquire new customers.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer records using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, operations, and technical teams.
• Coordinate tenant events and meet with property managers regarding project planning and service implementation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
• Strong business development, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.
• Strong customer service and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales records.
• Strong analytical, research, planning, and organizational skills.
• Valid transportation to travel within the assigned service area.
