Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive – MDU Communities is a self-motivated, results-oriented professional focused on driving sales growth within the Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) market.

This role requires a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets by identifying, managing, and closing high-value business opportunities. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced and competitive environments, has strong client relationship-building skills, and has a proven track record of delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Execution and Revenue Growth

• Meet and exceed individual sales quotas by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities within the MDU sector.
• Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to maximize revenue potential within assigned territories.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects, using CRM tools (Salesforce) to track the sales process and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Utilize upselling and cross-selling strategies to expand revenue opportunities with existing clients.

Client Relationship Management

• Establish and strengthen long-term business relationships with property developers, property managers, and other key decision-makers within the MDU market.
• Present FTTP (Fiber-to-the-Premises) solutions with a clear focus on customer needs and return on investment (ROI).
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by proactively addressing their concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Market Penetration and Prospecting

• Identify high-potential markets and prioritize sales efforts in underserved or high-growth areas.
• Conduct market research to understand competitive dynamics and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking activities, and client meetings to expand the company's market presence and positioning.

Metrics-Driven Performance

• Consistently track and report sales performance against established KPIs, making data-driven adjustments when necessary.
• Collaborate with the sales leadership team to refine sales strategies and align efforts with overall company objectives.
• Proactively identify barriers that may prevent deal closure and work creatively with sales leadership to overcome these challenges.

Requirements:

Education and Experience

• 2 years of direct sales experience within the telecommunications or MDU sectors, preferably in fiber optics.
• Proven experience meeting or exceeding sales targets in highly competitive environments.
• Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions that deliver results.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce) and comfort working with sales analytics and performance metrics.
• Self-starter with excellent time-management and organizational skills.

Additional Knowledge and Skills:

• Familiarity with FTTP (Fiber-to-the-Premises) solutions and technology.
• Established business relationships within the MDU market.
• Experience in consultative selling and presenting complex solutions to decision-makers.
