Carefree Living by Oxford Living is looking for a motivated and relationship-focused Director of Business Development to help grow our Northern Minnesota communities in Aurora, Babbitt, Buhl, Cook, Ely, Silver Bay, and Virginia.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the community, connecting with healthcare professionals, developing new referral relationships, and helping families navigate senior living options. You will play an important role in increasing awareness of our communities and creating opportunities for seniors and their families to discover the services and support we provide.Position: Full-TimeSchedule: Monday-Friday, with flexibility based on business and community needsTerritory: Northern Minnesota, including the Iron Range and Silver Bay areaTravel: Regular travel between assigned communities and throughout the service area is requiredThe OpportunityAs our Director of Business Development, you will serve as a key connection between Carefree Living and the healthcare and senior care professionals in our communities.
