Business Development Director - CFHP

POSITION SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Director of Business Development is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive membership growth, revenue attainment, market expansion, account retention, and customer satisfaction across Community First Health Plans' product lines. This role provides leadership and oversight for sales operations, broker and agency relationships, business development activities, account services, and strategic partnerships while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements. The Director serves as a key organizational leader responsible for achieving growth objectives through innovative sales strategies, community engagement, broker partnerships, and exceptional member and client experiences.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or another related field required. A minimum of five (5) years of recent experience in the insurance industry is required. Knowledgeable in sales management and market growth is required.
