Have you built aftermarket service programs, driven growth through upgrades and retrofits, and successfully led teams in industrial, energy, refining, or process manufacturing environments?A global industrial manufacturing organization headquartered in Western New York is seeking a Business Development Director – Aftermarket Services to build and lead a growing aftermarket business focused on industrial process equipment and engineered systems. This role offers a competitive salary range of $165,000–$210,000, relocation assistance, bonus potential, and the opportunity to build a strategic growth initiative from the ground up.This is not a maintenance sales role.
