Summary

The Business Development Coordinator plans, implements, and supports strategies in marketing and business development as well as coordinates support functions for the department.

The individual works closely with multi-functional departments to uncover opportunities and implement programs to drive business success. This individual acts as the liaison between enterprise marketing department, business development department, and store operations.

Job Description

Support completion of needs and requests, plan, develop, execute, and recap promotional and marketing campaigns from enterprise marketing team and store operations. Alongside marketing, guide the social media accounts and website. Responsible for developing and managing the production and use of collateral and materials.

Ability to develop, produce, and distribute internal communications such as newsletters, implementation guides, and other communication materials to better inform and support adoption of concepts amongst Equip.

Lead the preparation, coordination, collection, production, supervision, and follow-up of events and programs including but not limited to sponsorship events, new store buildouts, and store designs with minimal oversight of leadership. Ensures the success of the execution of projects and responsible for making sure that organization best practices are established and followed throughout the duration of the project. Conduct and document post-event evaluations to determine how processes and events could be improved in the future. Coordinate store visual merchandising, signage, advertising programs, store buildouts, and remodels.

• Sound fiscal budgeting management and budgeting skills to support leadership team in annual fiscal management and monthly forecasting.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Obtain understanding of compliance requirements surrounding durable medical equipment advertising, data collection, and provider outreach.
• Evaluate systems and processes to find improvements that will support future growth.
• Exhibits excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Coordination activities and projects to support management team, as needed, and other duties as assigned.
• Organized and competent professional with strong communication skills.
• Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.

Occasional travel may be necessary.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree or technical college degree in marketing, communications, health services, business or related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum of three years experiences in a related position or structured internship.
