In this role, you'll develop strategic partnerships, support business growth initiatives, and strengthen community relationships that help connect more people with zTrip's transportation services. What You'll Do as a Business Development Coordinator:
Business Development & Growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout the Nashville area
- Build and maintain relationships with businesses, healthcare organizations, hotels, schools, government agencies, and community partners
- Track and manage sales leads, opportunities, and follow-up activities through CRM systems
- Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and business outreach efforts
- Support initiatives designed to increase ridership and expand market penetration
- Assist in converting prospective accounts into long-term business partnerships
Community Engagement & Networking
- Represent zTrip at networking events, trade shows, community events, and industry meetings
- Develop relationships with local business leaders, community organizations, and key decision-makers
- Participate in Chamber of Commerce events and professional associations
- Promote awareness of zTrip's transportation services and programs
- Serve as a professional ambassador for the zTrip brand throughout the community
Marketing & Partnership Support
- Assist with local marketing campaigns, promotional events, and customer engagement initiatives
- Support outreach efforts that strengthen community awareness and brand recognition
- Collaborate with internal teams to market services and transportation programs
- Contribute innovative ideas to increase customer acquisition and market visibility
- Help maintain positive communication with customers, partners, and stakeholders
Team Collaboration & Strategic Support
- Work closely with leadership to support business growth objectives
- Partner with operations and customer service teams to enhance the client experience
- Assist with special projects related to market expansion and partnership development
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery
- Support organizational initiatives that drive long-term growth and success
What We're Looking for as a Business Development Coordinator:
- Experience in business development, sales, account management, marketing, customer service, or a related field preferred
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Comfortable engaging with business professionals, community leaders, and prospective clients
- Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude
- Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications preferred
