Job Description
Ancira South Park Nissan is seeking a confident, motivated, and customer-focused Sales BDC Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for many prospective buyers and play a key role in building trust through timely, professional communication.
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, comfortable appearing on camera, and excited to represent the Nissan brands as well as Pre-Owned Inventory using modern digital tools including personalized video messaging.
Schedule: Alternating 8-8 M-F with 1 day off during the week; Fixed lunchtime; Closed Sundays. Must Work Saturdays.
Expect Entry Level $40,000 to Expert Level $100,000 Per Year Compensation

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound internet leads, phone calls, texts, and email inquiries
- Record and send personalized video messages to introduce yourself, answer questions, and showcase inventory that best suits the customer's interests/needs
- Set and confirm customer appointments with the Sales Team
- Follow up with unsold showroom traffic, internet leads, and phone prospects
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the customer buying journey
- Accurately log all customer interactions, notes, and appointment statuses in the CRM
- Collaborate closely with Sales Managers and Product Specialists to ensure a seamless experience
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly lead response, appointment, and follow-up goals
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a BDC, call center, or customer service role (automotive experience helpful)
- Comfortable appearing on camera and using video communication tools (e.g., Snapcell, Covideo, or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and presentation
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM systems and digital communication platforms
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training preferred
