Job Description

Ancira GMC Boerne is seeking a confident, motivated, and customer-focused Service BDC Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for many prospective buyers and play a key role in building trust through timely, professional communication.

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, comfortable appearing on camera, and excited to represent the brands using modern digital tools including personalized video messaging.

M-F 8AM UNTIL 5PM WITH 1 HOUR LUNCH EACH DAY

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries and assist Service Advisors to assure our Customers always receive a quality Service experience
• May assist to set and confirm customer appointments for Service
• Excellent opportunity to learn the Automotive Service business

Qualifications

• Prior experience with call center, or customer service role helpful 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional phone etiquette and presentation
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency with computer use and digital communication platforms
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training preferred
• Acceptable/Insurable driving history is required; This is an AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP
