Join our team as a Business Development Consultant and help drive the growth of IMS''s B2B services business. In this role, you'll help build and manage our sales pipeline, support the development and launch of new products and services, and contribute to broader Business Development initiatives. This is a hands-on role that perfectly blends strategy with execution: part builder of process and tools, and part active doer of outreach and project delivery.

You'll play an important role in growing our B2B services business by developing our sales pipeline and supporting strategic growth initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional partners to bring new products and services to market.

• Help develop and refine our sales pipeline process, CRM tools, and reporting used to track opportunities from lead to close.
• Develop outreach strategies, target lists, and messaging for prospective B2B clients and strategic partners.
• Execute lead generation activities, including prospect research, initial outreach, follow-up, and meeting preparation.
• Support development, enhancement and launch of B2B services, including ZapFi, SafetyNet Extended Service Plans, and our Membership Platform.
• Gather market, competitor, and client input to shape product requirements, strategic positioning, and pricing structures.
• Coordinate project plans, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders to keep product launches and enhancements on track.
• Support broader Business Development projects through dedicated research, analysis, and presentation materials.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and professional workplace standards.

Ideally, you'll have a proven track record of growing B2B services and executing complex project plans in a collaborative environment. In addition, we're looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, consulting, product management, or project management.
• Bachelor''s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Strong research, analytical, and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal cross-functional stakeholders and external corporate clients.
• Familiarity with fintech, consumer credit, extended service plans, or membership programs is a strong plus.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to blending strategic planning with direct execution and outreach.

This position is not eligible for remote work and would require you to work onsite at our headquarters in Monroe, WI.
