We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused BDC Administrator to help drive our sales team's success by connecting with customers, scheduling appointments, and delivering an outstanding first impression of our dealership.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong phone experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound sales inquiries and follow up with internet leads in a professional and timely manner.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for customers interested in purchasing a vehicle.
• Build rapport with customers over the phone, text, and email.
• Update and maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system.
• Work closely with the sales team to maximize appointment show rates and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Bring

• Previous phone, call center, BDC, customer service, or appointment-setting experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling a high volume of customer interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software systems.
