    We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Associate – Entry Level to join our team. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in business development, fundraising, sales, marketing, customer engagement, and event outreach.

    No previous experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and professional development to help you build valuable communication and business skills.

    About the Role

    As a Business Development Associate, you will represent charitable and nonprofit organizations at community events and public outreach locations. You’ll engage with the public, share information about charitable programs and fundraising campaigns, answer questions, and connect interested individuals with opportunities to support important causes.

    This is a face-to-face, event-based position focused on customer engagement, communication, and teamwork.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Represent charitable and nonprofit organizations at community events and outreach locations
    • Engage professionally with members of the public
    • Educate individuals about charitable programs, campaigns, and fundraising opportunities
    • Answer questions and provide accurate campaign information
    • Support donor and community outreach initiatives
    • Deliver a positive and professional public experience
    • Participate in team meetings, paid training, and coaching
    • Work with team members to achieve campaign goals
    • Follow campaign guidelines and organizational procedures
    • Represent nonprofit partners with professionalism and integrity
