Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and execute business development and marketing strategies aligned with firmobjectives.
  • Conductmarket,client,prospect,andcompetitorresearchtoidentifygrowthopportunities.
  • Assistwithrevenue-generatinginitiatives,includingpitches,proposals,andcapabilitystatements.
  • Partnerwithlawyersandstakeholderstodevelopandpromotebusinessdevelopmentinitiatives.
  • Organizeandsupportclientevents,seminars,conferences,sponsorships,andothermarketingactivities.
  • Coordinatemarketingcommunicationsprojects,includingawardanddirectorysubmissions.
  • Createanddistributethoughtleadershipandothermarketingcontent.

Profile


SuccessfulCandidate:
  • Previous business developmentandmarketingexperiencewithinaprofessionalservices environment, ideally a law firm.
  • Strongcommercial awareness and understanding of legal market trends and client development strategies.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with partners and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished professional presence.
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable supporting business development initiatives, pitches, client events, marketing campaigns, and thought leadership efforts.
