Business Development Agent

Our Business Development Center is the first voice customers hear, and were growing the team. Youll book sales and service appointments for all of our stores (Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram, Ford, and Nissan).

Salary Range: $13.00 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and send texts and emails to internet leads, past customers, and service customers, recalls.

Answer inbound calls and messages, and turn them into confirmed sales and service appointments

Build complete appointments: date and time, vehicle of interest or service concern, assigned salesperson or advisor, trade and payment details, and a confirmation touch before arrival

Keep the CRM and scheduler accurate and current, and clear your message and call queues every shift

Work with sales, service, and management to make sure every appointment is ready when the customer arrives

Clear, friendly phone presence and strong written communication

Organized and detail-oriented, with a habit of follow-up

Comfortable with CRM and scheduling software (well train you on ours)

Self-motivated, with a competitive streak and a team mindset

Reliable attendance

Dealership, call center, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

High school diploma or equivalent
