    Earn 15% of revenue on every restoration job you refer to us — uncapped. Example: 3 referred jobs a month averaging $15,000 = $6,750/month; $100,000 a month in referred revenue = $15,000/month. This is a W-2 employee position. Pay is a $290/week draw against your commission: you receive the $290 each week, and once 15% of your referred revenue exceeds $290 in a week, you earn the additional commission above that, uncapped.
    Your focus is insurance agents. You will build and maintain relationships with independent and captive insurance agents across San Antonio and the surrounding area, so that when their policyholders have water, fire, mold or storm damage, they call Lightspeed Restoration first. You will visit agency offices, run lunch-and-learns and CE-style presentations on the claims and restoration process, stay top of mind with regular check-ins, and follow up on every referral to make sure the agent and their client are taken care of. Experience in insurance, claims, restoration, or B2B sales to agencies is a big plus.
